#2: Full Spectrum Intelligence with New Contact-Level Data Enrichment
Contact-level intelligence will now be added to ReachForce’s existing comprehensive account-level enrichment capabilities. Matched through ReachForce’s proprietary methodologies, clients now have access to a full 360° intelligence including an individual’s contact business card information, job role and function, and dynamic social profile attributes.

#3: Flexible Implementation & Integration via Full Cloud-Based Configuration & APIs
ReachForce’s SmartForms is now also available in the cloud through a simple, one-line implementation on one or more form pages. This gives customers the power to implement SmartForms via multiple unique configurations without additional implementation steps.

A new JavaScript API now provides flexible and powerful integration options for SmartForms customers. The API allows developers to integrate SmartForms into dynamic lead form workflows and enables decision-making based on individual SmartForms interactions.
