I think the most important point of the first tip in this blog is the part about underestimating sales.  Looking back on my involvement with new business ventures it seems overestimating is the norm.  I think I&#039;ve seen sales projections exceed actual revenues about 75% of the time, match actual revenues 15% of the time and exceed actual revenues about 10% of the time.</description>
