		<description>It is good to know these features exist in Salesforce. We use it on a daily basis, but never really explore any of the tracking features. Almost all sales and marketing team are looking for more efficient ways of tracking leads and campaign activities. Our engineering team is actually finalizing the integration of Salesforce with our campaign automation software, Fuse. Since Fuse is able to automates campaigns (web and print) and track response actions, we figure it is an opportunity for us to streamline the sales pipeline. All actions recorded by Fuse is automatically updated in Salesforce. Our sales team is well aware of who opened an email, when they opened it, or how many times they have visited a personal landing page etc...

Before the integration if fully complete, these tips you have shared are useful for the time being.
