It's a way of getting to know your network a little more. It's made me more active on Linkedin. There is a nice convergence in my web 2.0 world between the tools I mostly use: my blog (Blogger), Twitter, Feed reader (Google Reader with AideRSS plugin), Linkedin and Backtype ( to track blog comments).
