Instead look at the funnel and pull real-time data as to how the leads turned into opportunities, so now you can figure out how many leads you need to feed to hit your targets. The numbers may be ugly but it will be the reality, and that will also show you that you need to REALLY target the right companies and the right people (decision makers, influencers, etc.) so you get the most from your lead gen investments.
